Naturescaping

Utilizing specific plants and natural design, especially native, you can attract beneficial insects, birds, and other creatures to create a garden that mimics what Mother Nature would create. Using naturscaping techniques will help keep our streams, rivers and oceans healthy as well. To define naturescaping specifically, it come down to the type of design. This type of gardening is about planting masses of trees, shrubs and perennials to resemble nature and to attract wildlife. The difference with naturescaping, as opposed to ornamental garden design, is to create a garden space with the specific intention of growing an all natural greenspace and encouraging the plants you want and removing the weeds you don't, keeping the "natural" look in mind.
